How to play
- Groups work at their station: do the movement, go back, repeat.
- Whistle: everyone rotates one station clockwise. Show the direction with your arm.
- Four rotations and everyone has done everything.
Tips for explaining
"Go, back, go again." Stations are loops, not one-offs.
"Whistle means stop and look at me." Then point the way.
Make it easier / harder
EasierTwo stations. Coach stands at the hardest one.
HarderSix stations. Add a beanbag to carry round the circuit.
Safety
Stations far apart. Rotation path must not cross another station.
