How to play
- Dribble in and out of the cones to the end, using little pushes with the inside of the foot.
- Pick the ball up and run back to the queue. Next.
- Then dribble back through the snake as well.
Tips for explaining
"Little touches, keep it close." If the ball is more than a step away, it is too far.
"Look up at the next cone." Not at the ball.
Make it easier / harder
EasierCones further apart. Hands allowed to steer.
HarderOther foot only. Time it.
Safety
Space the queue back from the snake. Soft balls indoors.
