How to play
- Leader moves slowly: raise an arm, tilt the head, lift a knee, sway. Partner mirrors exactly.
- After a minute, swap.
- Then: both lead, no one leads, see if you can stay together.
Tips for explaining
"Slow motion." Fast is impossible to mirror.
"Eyes on your partner's eyes." See the whole body, not just the hands.
Make it easier / harder
EasierCoach leads, everyone mirrors the coach.
HarderAdd feet: step and mirror. Music sets the pace.
Safety
Stationary, so very low risk.
