How to play
- Pass the beanbag to the person on your left. Keep it going round.
- Speed up. "Faster, faster" then "slow motion".
- Add a second beanbag going the other way. When they meet, everyone cheers, then keep going.
Tips for explaining
"Look at who you are passing to." Eyes on the receiver, not the beanbag.
"Two hands." Give and receive with two hands at first.
Make it easier / harder
EasierPass on the floor (slide it). Coach calls each pass.
HarderPass behind your back. Pass over head, then under legs.
Safety
Sitting, so very low risk. Keep the circle small enough to reach.
