How to play
- Walk along the rope heel to toe, arms out like a tightrope walker.
- Fall off? Step back on where you fell and keep going. No starting again.
- Next passes: sideways, then backwards, then with a beanbag on the head.
Tips for explaining
"Arms out like wings." Arms wide steady the body.
"Look at the end of the rope." Not at the feet.
Make it easier / harder
EasierWalk normally along the rope, any step. Hold a hand.
HarderLay the rope in a wiggle. Walk with eyes on a beanbag held in two hands.
Safety
Ropes must lie flat on a non-slip floor. Space the ropes so wobblers do not bump into the next rope.
