How to play
- "Left toes tap the floor, right toes tap the floor, both." Slowly, all together.
- Send a toe-tap round the circle like a wave: one child taps, then the next.
- Finish with everyone lying back, feet still in the middle, for a count of ten.
Tips for explaining
"Small taps, quiet taps." Control, not force.
"Wait for the wave." Watch the child before you.
Make it easier / harder
EasierCoach calls each tap.
HarderRoll a soft ball around the circle with feet only.
Safety
Seated, very low risk.
