Self-defence workshops & board breaking for corporate teams
Practical self-defence run by certified coaches, in your office function room or our halls, and it ends with every single participant breaking a real wooden board. All fitness levels, zero-contact options available.

Formats
Three workshop formats
1-hour lunch & learn
The office energiser: awareness basics, a handful of practical techniques, then the board breaking finale. Fits a lunch break, needs only a cleared meeting room, and sends everyone back to their desks buzzing.
Half-day workshop
The full experience: situational awareness, escapes and strikes drilled with partners and pads, confidence-building progressions, and a proper board breaking ceremony where colleagues cheer each other through. The most requested format.
Women's self-defence
A focused session on awareness, boundary setting and practical escapes, popular for International Women's Day programmes each March. Book early: January and February fill up fast.
Why us
Run by coaches, built for teams
Most self-defence workshops in Singapore are run by martial arts schools taking a corporate booking on the side. We come at it the other way: a team building provider whose certified taekwondo coaches teach 1,500 students every week. That means sessions built around participation and fun rather than technique perfection, mixed abilities managed properly, and zero-contact adaptations for anyone who prefers them. And board breaking is our signature: no other corporate provider in Singapore packages it.

Good to know
Workshop questions, answered
Can everyone really break a board?
Yes. Our coaches teach the technique step by step and select the right board for each person. Watching the most hesitant colleague break their board to a room full of cheers is reliably the best moment of the day.
Is it safe for unfit or older staff?
Yes. Techniques are scaled to each participant, partner drills have zero-contact alternatives, and nothing requires fitness or flexibility. We coach complete beginners of every age weekly.
Do we need a special venue?
No. A cleared function room or large meeting room in your office works for most group sizes. For bigger groups, we can book one of the halls we use island-wide.
What should participants wear?
Comfortable office-casual works: pants or activewear and covered shoes. No sports attire required, which makes it easy to run on a normal workday.
How big can the group be?
From 10 pax teams to 100 pax sessions with multiple coaches. Larger groups rotate through stations so everyone gets hands-on time.
Board breaking works brilliantly as one station in a sports day or as the finale of a company offsite.
