Telematch rotations

The Singapore classic. Teams rotate through stations of fast, funny, competitive games: sack races, ball relays, water challenges, captains ball and more. Every game is scored, every round counts, and the mix of luck and skill keeps it close to the end. Best for 30 to 200 pax.

Mini olympics

Opening march-in, team flags, medal tally and a podium finish. Departments become countries, and friendly rivalry does the team building for you. A structured, photo-rich format that works brilliantly for annual company events.

Inter-department tournament

Futsal, dodgeball, captains ball or frisbee brackets with proper referees and live scoring. Round robin or knockout, with mixed-ability rules so every department can field a full team.

Full sports carnival

The big one: multiple game zones running in parallel, emcee, music, tents and a running leaderboard. Built for 100 to 500+ pax family days and company-wide events, and modular enough to add booths and food vendors.

The differentiator

A live scoreboard changes everything

We built our own live digital scoreboard system for the competitions we run, and we bring it to your sports day. Scores update in real time on a big screen as stations report in, so teams can follow their standings throughout the event. Agree the scoring rules and tiebreakers before the first round so everyone understands how the result is decided.

Venues, equipment and the run sheet

Venues we can book

We run events in CC halls, ActiveSG sport halls and open fields island-wide every week, so we know which venues have aircon, parking and the floor space your headcount needs. Indoor or outdoor, we will recommend and book the right one.

Equipment included

All game equipment, sound system, first aid and team bibs come with us. You do not rent a thing. Need extras like tents or catering? We will coordinate them.

Sample half-day run sheet

0900 arrival and team sorting. 0930 warm-up and briefing. 1000 station games round 1. 1115 round 2. 1230 finals and tiebreakers. 1300 prize presentation with the scoreboard reveal. Every event gets a customised version of this.

A practical starting point

How to plan a company sports day for 100 people

Start with a rotation plan that gives every team something to do. The example below illustrates one possible layout; your final plan depends on the venue, activities and participation needs.

Example: 10 teams, 5 stations

Split 100 participants into 10 teams of 10. Place two teams at each of five stations and use five rotations so every team visits every station. Mix departments if the goal is to help colleagues meet new people.

Allow about 20 minutes per rotation, including instructions and moving between stations. Five rotations use 100 minutes; add arrival, the safety briefing, water breaks and the closing presentation when setting the event duration.

Check the space and participation

The venue must fit five activity areas, movement between stations and a rest area. Ask which games suit the available floor surface and whether seated or lower-intensity roles can be included.

Before confirming, review the station layout, facilitator coverage, scoring rules and wet-weather plan. A covered backup needs enough capacity for the group and the planned games.

Good to know

Sports day questions, answered

How much does a corporate sports day cost in Singapore?

Telematch formats start from $22/pax and full carnivals with the live scoreboard from $25/pax, depending on headcount, venue and duration. Equipment and coaches are always included.

What group sizes can you handle?

From 30 pax department days to 500+ pax company carnivals. We run mass sports events at this scale regularly, including our own competitions, so large groups are business as usual.

Can you run a telematch for adults only?

Yes, telematch games for adults are our most requested corporate format. We adjust game intensity and rules for adult teams, and mixed-ability roles keep it fun for everyone.

What if it rains?

Agree on an indoor venue, suitable covered backup or rescheduling arrangement before booking. The plan depends on venue availability and safe conditions. Confirm that any backup fits your headcount and games, along with any extra cost or rescheduling terms.

Do you provide the venue or do we?

Either works. Use your own premises if you have space, or let us book a CC hall, ActiveSG facility or field near your office.
