Per-CCA detail

The CCAs we supply instructors for

Students in taekwondo CCA practising patterns

Taekwondo CCA

Full syllabus with belt gradings run in-school, structured progression from white belt up, and a genuine competition pathway: our own inter-class events and Grand Slam circuit give your students real tournaments to train toward. Full-contact syllabus applies to CCA training; SEP-format sessions exclude sparring.

Football CCA training on the school field

Football CCA

Season-planned training blocks covering technique, tactics and match play, with internal leagues and preparation for inter-school fixtures. Coaches manage squads across age groups and abilities.

Futsal CCA session on an indoor court

Futsal CCA

Fast, structured futsal training that fits indoor courts and shorter sessions, building close control and decision speed, with intra-CCA tournaments to keep the season competitive.

Written for procurement

How supply of instructors works

Scope & syllabus

We provide the annual training plan, session structure, grading calendar and instructor credentials for your CCA file before the year starts.

Award & onboarding

Direct quote or GeBIZ ITQ and tender responses, with year-long engagements plus option years. E-invoicing on award, attendance records from week one.

Deliver & report

Consistent instructors across the year, gradings and competitions on schedule, and end-of-term summaries teachers can drop into their reports.

Consistency of instructors

The same coaches across the year, with covered absences from our own bench, not agency strangers. Students progress with coaches who know them.

Credentials on file

NROC registration, MOE instructor registration and First Aid certification documented for every assigned coach, ready for your vendor records.

Multi-CCA, one vendor

Schools running two or three of our CCAs consolidate to one tender, one invoice and one contact, and often pair CCA with PAL in the same engagement.

Good to know

CCA supply questions, answered

Do you respond to GeBIZ tenders for CCA instructors?

Yes. We respond to ITQs and tenders phrased as supply of instructors, including multi-year structures with option years, and we are registered on Vendors@Gov with e-invoicing.

Can taekwondo CCA students take belt gradings?

Yes, gradings run in-school on a scheduled calendar, and students can progress through the full belt syllabus with certificates issued.

What competitions can our students enter?

Beyond inter-school fixtures, our taekwondo students compete in our own inter-class events and Grand Slam circuit, which means guaranteed competition experience regardless of external calendars.

Is CCA taekwondo the same as SEP taekwondo?

No. SEP formats exclude contact sparring, so SEP sessions run patterns, fitness and board breaking. CCA training outside SEP follows the full syllabus including sparring where the school permits.

Can you start mid-year?

Yes, we can take over or launch a CCA mid-year, though most schools engage from January with tenders published the July or August before.

Planning next year's CCAs?

Jul to Aug is tender season. Email us your CCA lineup and we will send syllabus outlines, credentials and a quote, or meet you on GeBIZ.
