1. Brief

2. Plan
We design the run sheet, station layout, groupings and wet-weather fallback, and send it to you for sign-off. Equipment, coaches and referees are all ours.
3. Run
Our team sets up, briefs, runs, scores and packs down. You get to be at your own event instead of running it.

How much lead time do you need to plan a sports day or carnival?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. Shorter is often possible for smaller groups, so ask; the instant quote tool gives you a price immediately and we confirm availability quickly.
Do you provide the venue?
Most events run at your school, office or a booked venue. If you need one, we can recommend and help book sports halls, fields and water sports centres we work with regularly.
What happens if it rains?
Every outdoor plan has an indoor or sheltered version prepared in advance, so the event goes ahead either way.
How is a sports event priced?
