School sports day, carnival & inter-class competition organiser
Level-appropriate formats from P1 movement games to secondary tournaments, with full equipment and manpower, and the thing teachers dread most solved: scoring, run live on our own digital scoreboard system.

Formats by level
Pick your sports day format
Lower primary sports day
FMS-based station games: running, balancing, throwing and catching challenges dressed up as fun, with short rotations that match P1 and P2 attention spans and every child active the whole morning.
Mid & upper primary carnival
Multi-station carnival with class-based scoring, novelty races and skill challenges, run on the field or in the hall, with the leaderboard live on screen all morning.
Inter-class tournaments
Futsal, captains ball, dodgeball or frisbee brackets with our coaches refereeing, fixtures scheduled properly and results updating live. We run our own inter-class taekwondo competitions with this exact system.
House games & secondary meets
House-based competition days for secondary schools: sports brackets, novelty events and cumulative house points tracked live, ending with a proper podium moment.
The differentiator
Teachers dread manual scoring. We deleted it.
We built our own live scoreboard and match scheduling system for the competitions we run, and we bring it to your sports day. Stations report scores as they finish, the leaderboard updates on the big screen, classes track their standing all morning, and the final result is ready the moment the last event ends. No spreadsheets, no disputed tallies, no delay before prize presentation.

Equipment included
Station equipment, bibs, cones, sound system and first aid all come with us. Schools provide the venue and the students.
Manpower included
Coaches run every station, referee every match and manage transitions. Teachers supervise their classes instead of running games.
Run sheet included
A minute-by-minute programme agreed in advance, from march-in to prize presentation, with buffers where school days need them.
Good to know
Sports day questions, answered
What group sizes can you handle?
From a single level of 100 students to whole-school events. Stations run in parallel and the scoreboard scales, so size changes the plan, not the quality.
Can you run it in our hall instead of the field?
Yes. Every format has an indoor variant, and the same applies as the wet weather plan, so your date holds regardless of sky.
Do you also rent equipment without coaches?
Our packages include manpower because that is what makes the day run, but for schools that mainly need equipment and scoring support, ask and we will scope it.
Can the sports day double as an SEP programme?
Sports days are events rather than SEP programmes, but many schools pair an SEP programme block with a culminating carnival. We can structure both together; see our SEP hub.
The same carnival and tournament formats are the backbone of our post-exam menu for the Sep to Nov window.
