Parents ask

Kids' sports classes, answered

What age can my child start?

Multi-sport and balance bike programmes start at 4. Taekwondo, football and learn-to-cycle from about 5 to 6. Kayaking and martial arts like judo and BJJ from around 10, with self-defence and strength training for teens.

Are classes weekly or one-off?

Both. We run weekend courses over several weeks, holiday clinics over a few days, and one-off events. Each listing on the public programmes page says which.

How much do classes cost?

Prices are per child and shown on every listing, with group discounts when one parent books several children. Most single sessions sit in the tens of dollars; multi-week courses are priced for the whole block.

Are the photos on your site of real children?

Any image featuring children under 18 on this site has had faces blurred or been recreated with AI from our real sessions, so no identifiable child appears. Programme photos of adults are real.

Do you run classes at my child's preschool or school?

Often, yes. We deliver programmes inside pre-schools and schools across Singapore. If you would like your centre or school to run one, point them to our pre-school or schools pages.
