Start with the money
The Sports Education Programme is a collaboration between Sport Singapore and MOE. Every eligible school (primary, secondary, JC, centralised institutes and special education schools) receives a $10,000 dollar-for-dollar matching grant each year to run sports programmes from the endorsed provider list. Book a $6,000 programme, pay $3,000. Our three endorsed sports mean your school can spend the full grant with one vendor and one invoice.

Good to know
SEP is a collaboration between Sport Singapore and MOE that gives eligible schools access to quality sports programmes from an endorsed provider list, supported by a $10,000 dollar-for-dollar matching grant per school each year.
Taekwondo, football and cycling. Your school can use its full SEP grant across all three with one vendor and one invoice.
The grant matches what your school spends on endorsed programmes, up to $10,000 per year. A $6,000 programme costs the school $3,000. We help you structure programmes to use the grant fully.
Yes. SEP requires all coaches to be NROC-registered, and ours are, alongside MOE instructor registration and First Aid certification. Credentials are available for your vendor records.
No. SEP formats exclude contact sparring, so our SEP taekwondo runs patterns, fitness, self-defence movements and board breaking. CCA training outside SEP follows the full syllabus.
Yes. We respond to ITQs and tenders on GeBIZ, are registered on Vendors@Gov, and submit e-invoices. Many schools tender CCA and PAL instructors mid-year for the following year; we are set up for that cycle.
Yes, we run ECAs and after-school activities for international schools. See our international schools page for how term blocks and invoicing work.
Sports Education Programme
The Sports Education Programme (SEP) is a partnership between Sport Singapore and the Ministry of Education. Every eligible school, which means primary, secondary, junior college, centralised institute and special education schools, receives a S$10,000 dollar-to-dollar matching grant each year to take up sports programmes from the SEP endorsed list. Momentum Academy is an endorsed provider, so our endorsed programmes can be funded through it.
SEP requires NROC-certified coaches, and MOE-registered coaches for any engagement over eight hours (a term of weekly sessions, for example). Ours are, and replacement coaches meet the same bar.
Our self-defence formats exclude locks, throws and grappling as SEP requires, and our kayaking coaches hold recreational coaching certification with the outdoor adventure learning compliance checklist available to your school.
Direct quotes, GeBIZ ITQs and tenders, and year-long engagements with option years. One vendor and one invoice across every sport you book.
Endorsed programmes
Momentum Academy is SEP-endorsed for the programmes below. Each comes in several formats, so a school books and claims under the endorsed programme name (Cycling, for example) and picks the format that fits, from learn-to-cycle to safe cycling. Click any format for details, or browse all 49 programmes.
| SEP-endorsed programme | Formats you can run under it | SEP code | Valid to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cycling | Cycle Safety, Guided Cycling, Kart Cycling, Learn to Cycle | CYCL2606010 | Jun 2028 |
| Taekwondo | Laws & Techniques of Self-Defence, Taekwondo, Taekwondo Board Breaking Challenge | TAEK2606011 | Jun 2028 |

After school
For secondary schools running After School Engagement, we deliver structured sports blocks in the after-school window: futsal leagues, floorball, martial arts and multisport rotations that give students a reason to stay on campus and a coach who knows them by name. Same NROC-registered coaches, same equipment fleet, timetabled around your school day.
Tell us your level, cohort and objective. We will propose the right programme, quote it clearly and run it end to end.
